The team I had with me was very good, thorough, and personable. Keeping a respectful, professional, but otherwise endearing and personable conversation.
However (at a different location entirely) I was informed today of previous service a friend had received where they needed to intervene when having something done to his car because the mechanic was about to put something into his engine that was not appropriate and would've damaged the car a significant amount. Is what I was told..
So with that in mind, I was even more grateful I seemed to have the team I did and enjoyed a very different experience.
