I liked the first guy who helped me, then another guy with long hair “took over”. He said he was from another valvoline, seemed like a “high producer “ from another shop. Just felt like he was going to sell me something. It was a weird experience. Maybe he was “showing others how it’s done”. That’s what it seemed like. Felt like I was at a used car dealership. Tacky and salesy. Nothing to keep me away. I like this shop in OB and staf is always friendly and professional.

I've twice now had to go back because my vehicles were not reassembled correctly. First time, Clairemont store my pickup skid plate was dragging on the pavement as I drove out. This visit I switched locations hoping to avoid problems and had a similar problem with my wife's Jetta. Skid plate was not reattached properly. Oil leaked all over my driveway when I got home. Tech explained that his coworker had spilled oil when removing the oil filter and not cleaned up the skid plate thus resulting in the oil on driveway.
