When I first drove up, some chick was directing me in. First she told me to turn right, so I did. Then she said to turn left, so I did. Then she kept repeating herself when my wheels were already straight. I've never had anyone give me such a hard time simply pulling into the bay. I said I didn't want her touching my truck, so another girl came out. She was better but then she started speaking Spanish to the Asst. Mgr who was upset that I didn't want the first chick working on my truck. I may be white, but I understand Spanish & I didn't appreciate them talking about me like I wasn't there. Then the same Asst. Mgr rang me up & was kind of rude pressuring me to get extra services. If my friend hadn't needed an oil change for his truck, I would've left. I'd had such a good experience a few weeks earlier with a different truck but this was totally different; I was very disappointed in this most recent visit.
