First time using Valvoline Instant Oil Change as I was in a rush. Paid more than I would have at the Toyota Dealer and got less value for my money. You need to stay in your car the whole time, even when 15 minutes becomes 45. They stripped the lug nut on my tire while doing the rotation. Also, they sold me on synthetic oil, which is good for 5,000 miles, but put a sticker saying I need to change my oil in 3,000 miles. Friendly employees but would not recommend.
