I do not give one star very often, and in this case I would give Zero stars if offered the chance. Went by there to have my fluid levels checked prior to a long road trip. I had received a notification from car that washer fluid was low and notified employee, they rushed me through and when I asked what they did they said they topped off all fluids including Oil which I was charged for. After leaving for my road trip I quickly realized they did nothing, not even washer fluid for windows. The oil level remained exactly the same although they stated it would go up after driving a few minutes. The employees only goal was to get cars in and out as quickly as possible, nothing else matters and it shows!!

Employees were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. It was refreshing to see coworkers who worked together, helped each other and were all so pleasant. I've been coming to this location for many years and will continue to.

The service is quick, the employees are nice. But that’s about it. I wondered why there was a small oil spot under my car whenever it was parked after getting my oil changed here. Took it to my mechanic as the oil level was also going down. Turns out the tech who did my oil change didn’t tighten the filter all the way, wasn’t even finger tight. Thankfully my filter is on the underside of the engine so it didn’t drip all over the engine.
I was also very clear when I pulled up that I did NOT want the techs to touch the engine filter (they can’t access the cabin filter from outside the car, thankfully). I repeated it twice and they still took the filter out to show me and insist I need a new filter. When they put the engine filter back in, it was backwards. I was replacing it my self the following weekend and found it in there backwards. If a client says to not touch something or do something, the techs should listen.
