Probably the worst oil change experience ever. I rarely leave bad ratings, but this is one that deserves a 0 rating. They are clueless on how to change oil and filters. Took about 3 hours. Not very busy. Front of car and engine cover were coated in oil from wiping with a dirty rag and spills. Quoted the incorrect oil weight. We're more interested in selling other crap than doing a great job on changing oil and filter. No idea who owns or manages this store, very poorly run.

Asked to move out of line and allow a car in another lane to move ahead of me due to multiple services being performed on a car in the other cars lane. I had been waiting with the idea I was only one car away from service. They should have let me know upon arrival that they were closing a lane and wait times would be extended. I had arrived within seconds of the car in the other lane that i was being asked to move for. Very odd choice. I left.
