Overall service was great and appreciated. I recently had an oil and coolant change. Upon returning home, I heard a loud scraping noise under the car. basically, the metal shield/protection had shaken loose, held on by one bolt, and a lot of fluid was leaking from the car. As a result, I could not drive the car nor remove the plate due to the height of the car. Upon calling shop, they said they were short staffed and couldn't send anyone over until the next day. I had to call a few friends to assist, which eventually we removed, hwoever, all bolts had been lost, so plate remains uninstalled. I've lost a lot of time and had been inconvenienced with this experience.
