Was waiting in Lane 2 for about 30 minutes with no movement. Switched to lane 1, as it was moving quicker. Got told to move back to lane 2 because it would be “faster”. Waited another 30 minutes with no movement whilst if we had stayed in lane 1 we would have been attended. Cars that got to lane 1 after we got switched back were attended before us.

The staff were very friendly and informative through the whole experience. I appreciate that they always explain the services they are performing and it’s helpful to be able to see the pictures on the screen as well. I love the convenience of the drive-through service and not needing an appointment. All around great service, thank you!
