I had to come back multiple times because my transmission was over serviced and started slipping, jerking, losing power ect. I went back, they drained a quart. Worked fine after that. I went home and when I went to leave the next day, there was a puddle of oil in my garage. Before this, my garage was clean with no leaks. I looked under my car and there was oil all over the under carriage dripping down. I am taking my car somewhere else to see what's going on.

Well, my battery was highly corroded as I had just gotten this car from a private owner. I came to Valvoline for a oil change and then they offered a battery cleaning. I didn't see what was happening under the hood but it was enough for my battery to die the very next day and my car wouldnt start up. Also whatever they cleaned it with plus the corroded built up sprayed everywhere under my hood like all over the engine bay, headlights, battery area and everywhere. This is honestly unacceptable and I know this wouldn't have happened if I was a male or brought one with me. Also the air filter is over priced it's literally $23 at AutoZone and I saw the guy change the filter it's not difficult at all it's like removing a droor and taking out the filter, putting it back and then put the cover back in place.
