The cabin air filter which was replaced on the prior oil change was recommended again to be changed. Told my wife they have approximately 20k mile life expectancy and ours managed to go bad in under 5k. On top of which the tech had questionable hygiene practices, while he was friendly his odor was not welcomed in a small space with my wife and kids while he was reaching a questionable conclusion about the cabin air filter
