The day after my oil change we discovered oil that had leaked on my garage floor. This is something that should NEVER happen. My son was going to take my car on a trip that morning but had to delay departure until the store opened so I could take it back in. I was told "no oil had leaked" and it just needed to be wiped down and the filter tightened up. They had one job, to change my oil and I expected it to be done expertly. It was disappointing and inconvenient to have to return to have it checked out. I don't feel confident returning for another service. They were very nice when I returned but I doubt I will return again. A refund should have been offered but it was not.

I have been going to this location for a number of years. they have always been very accommodating I drive a luxury car. I had to go back 3 times because they did not have the correct oil filter to complete the job. I asked to speak to the manager the first time to see if I could special order it and the associate went back to the office and said "no" that it had first come first serve and the manager would not come out. I went a second time and same response, only they wanted to send me to another shop further from my house. The third time they actually had the filter last one, they said. I asked to speak to the manager again and they still did not respond. I manage a very large business and I found this to be rude and not at all how I would treat a loyal returning customer. I also find it hard to believe that management does not have any say in inventory control that would mean to me that they are not paid on ROI which means the profit margins in that locations could be improved by attracting higher end patrons with higher end cars if attitudes were better and the manager was more accessible and had more control over parts ordered. there is your solution.

I was there early in the AM with my suburban and I was in an out in under 15 mins … they were great and very quick . When I went back several hours later , the service was great but I think the employees were not as quick/motivated the second time … a lot of BS with employees, I get it , but people standing around BS and not helping . I understand the “ it’s not my job “ mentality but if they are not directly helping a customer they should step away and let the ones who are working get there stuff done . I have been a customer at that location for years and will continue to be , but if my second experience that day was my first experience, not sure if I would go out of my way to go back
