Went here on a Sunday after my check oil light turned on and seeing my oil was insanely low because there were no mechanics that were open nearby on a Sunday.
It was weird because I had gotten an oil change at jiffy lube in October 3 months ago and had only driven about ~1k miles since then. My car only has 14k miles on it…
They were super busy this day because 2 people had called out but Brooklynn who worked here went above & beyond to help me out and explain exactly what went wrong and made sure I was safe to drive back home ~2h. Absolute rockstar. This girl deserves a promotion.
Turns out Jiffy lube put on my oil gasket wrong……. Their one job…. There was oil leaking EVERYWHERE and the entire bottom of my car was splattered in oil from this mistake. Will be getting it checked by a mechanic this week and opening a claim with JL.
TLDR: Would not recommend EVER going to jiffy lube. Avoid at all costs.

The two guys were very polite and friendly. I was offered optional services, but not pressured. I was given lots of information. They were fast and efficient. And I LOVE not having to get out of my car.
