I had a fantastic experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, especially with the Mira Mesa staff. From the warm welcome to the clear explanations of all procedures, everything was top-notch. While I appreciate the quality of Valvoline's basic oil filter, I wish they offered a premium option, especially for high-performance vehicles like my F150 Raptor that we use for off-roading. However, this minor downside didn't detract from the excellent customer service I received. The wait line to get in service center was 45 minutes which was told to me upon arrival. I was just disappointed that other lanes were moving faster than me. I asked the staff if I should move to another aisle. She stated she would move me if needed. But that never happened. One truck that came in 15 minutes after was completed and left before I was. My total time was an hour
