I’m usually neutral- never really a negative experience but wouldn’t say getting my oiled changed is a positive experience normally, but this visit was so great! Kelson was the primary person to work with me, and he had very appropriate, not pressuring recommendations and explanations, AND explained why some services would actually not be in my best interest today (ex tire rotation due to the tread loss on the tires that would make me more likely to skid if rotated today). The staff was friendly with each other too- you could tell they had a good relationship and could joke/laugh together which was awesome to see as well. I really appreciated the experience!
