I was charged $11.99 for extra oil. I wasn't told I would be charged the extra amount. Nor have I ever been charged this extra amount in the past. Not even on my husband's car, which is much bigger than mine. So either it's a new charge you aren't telling customers about or it was a way for the location to still get their money after I used a coupon to pay. Also, no one checked my lights or windshield wipers. That used to be part of the service.

I question whether oil leaks on driveway caused by this service. First time at a drive through and first time with oil on my driveway. Had second facility check out issue. When told oil filter clean, I knew that was a lie! It had a thick coat of oil on it. Now I have to pay $58 to my mechanic to check why oil leaking. Also, corporate and chat person gave incorrect pricing for full-service oil change. Do you think I will return again? Do you think my circle of influence will learn of my experience?
