I have very low confidence with staff.Have no idea who manager actually was.Received conflicting info from 3-4 different employees while the original person who helped me never came back to my car!Someone tried putting the wrong oil filter in my car after I was told the correct filter needed to be purchased and brought to store. I was left in my car with zero communication for about 20 min while work was being completed. I can only hope your tech didnt do any damage while getting my oil changed.

Seems like a new technician. Did not know how to put the evac hose into my car without saying anything. He went to the computer and deleted the notes. That said that I evac every single visit and proceeded to just regularly drain from the bottom without telling me what was happening. It was until they finished that that I confronted him about why the evac procedure didn't happen. Other than letting another technician at it or trying again, he just went ahead and said that they replaced my washer and did it the drain plug way without even informing me. Being that I have a highly modified vehicle, I don't trust many people with my car and for a while I was fine with the services here until this new guy gave me the experience that I described in this review.
