Fast and fantastic service. I stopped by Valvoline Instant Oil Change for a routine oil change, and the experience was excellent. I was in and out in 20 minutes, which is exactly what I needed on a busy day. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I do not give one star very often, and in this case I would give Zero stars if offered the chance. Went by there to have my fluid levels checked prior to a long road trip. I had received a notification from car that washer fluid was low and notified employee, they rushed me through and when I asked what they did they said they topped off all fluids including Oil which I was charged for. After leaving for my road trip I quickly realized they did nothing, not even washer fluid for windows. The oil level remained exactly the same although they stated it would go up after driving a few minutes. The employees only goal was to get cars in and out as quickly as possible, nothing else matters and it shows!!

Employees were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. It was refreshing to see coworkers who worked together, helped each other and were all so pleasant. I've been coming to this location for many years and will continue to.
