There was one car in the bay and then me , it took over a half hour before they got to me . Once in the bay they started to work on my car and then stopped and started to work on other cars . They came back to my car about 15 minutes later , it took over 25 minutes to complete the oil change. There was just one car in front of me and the whole process took almost an hour which was way too long. The team members who I had contact with were nice .

They told me that based on the mileage, that they could do a rear axle change of fluid and a transmission flush. After paying for it, they told me that they couldn't do the rear axle change because it was a front wheel drive. They had already figured out that they couldn't do the transmission flush. It was crowded and I probably ended up spending about 1 1/2 hours there.
