The guys helping me out were super friendly and quick! They asked me what I wanted as far as services, tire pressure (as I’m in a truck and didn’t want to assume I wanted a uniform tire pressure) which was nice. They were quick and didn’t pressure me and talked to me about work in between working on my vehicle.

wait. Drove into service bay and service started immediately. I received the Advantage Full Synthetic Oil Change European. Pricey but about half the cost of the A1 service at the dealership. My vehicle was difficult to clear the service alert. The staff stayed right on it and got it cleared. I'm impressed at the determination for excellence.

Drove in it was pretty busy they were getting people out but at what cost I got no wiper fluid top off my battery was not checked I had to ask them to show me my engine air filter which they reluctantly did and I replaced I was not shown air filter I was not told if it was time for tire rotation , radiator flush , rear dif , or transmission who he’s the reason I went for the inspection of in policy why skip and the sad part is the manager was literally right there talking to me as csa and topside didn’t even know how to reset the oil change meter when he went to get a coworker attitude like don’t show up if you can’t have Customer service I would go back to get a refund for my time and money do better especially managers lose weight or exercise maybe more stretches if there tired and just opened fix the attitude
