I specifically asked for the skid plate to be removed before the oil filter was changed. Your attendant failed to follow this instruction, choosing to access the filter from above instead. This caused oil to spill down the engine and pool directly on the skid plate. This led to oil leaking from my vehicle for several days after the service. The attendant’s excuse was 'well we cleaned it off', which they did not. Probably will not return.

I went here to get an oil change for my Honda and asked if they could change the filter, which I provided. A few months down the road, I changed my oil and noticed they cranked my drain plug and filter on the vehicle down so hard, I’m surprised it didn’t damage the aluminum parts. They also didn’t re-install one of the splash guard screws. This is why I don’t go to Jiffy Lube or any other quick oil change place. This is a warning they could ruin your block and oil pan, because they don’t know what they’re doing.
