Cost was excessive - $120 for 5 quarts synthetic oil
Suggested radiator work 'recommended by Hyundai' $129 every 20k miles, per Hyundai' warranty/manual, needed only @ 120k miles
Inspection marked not done for oil drain plug and gasket and for oil drain plug - for an oil change?
Also highly coincidental - I got a flat tire less than 1/4 mile after leaving the facility....a razor or thin piece of metal was embedded in the tread

Overpriced and not honest. Oil change only for a compact SUV with a 4 cylinder engine was $120! Told us car needed a radiator fluid change at 30,000 miles. The manufacturer recommendation is no fluid change until 120,000 miles.
