Valvoline always goes above and beyond in terms of their customer service and so I always expect over-the-top service. My visit today was very good, but slightly below par compared to my previous visits. The techs were all very nice but we're quick to hand me off to someone else and didn't explain the service as in-depth as I am used to. Again, in comparison to any other quick-lube place, my experience was great, just slightly less than previous visits.
