There may have been some miscommunication but there were a couple of items left undone. I was asked about my preferred tire pressure, but the tire pressure wasn't checked or filled. My dash indicator showed that my tires were low pressure when I left so I filled them at home. Also, I was asked if my "need oil change" light had been reset. I responded that it hadn't. No one ever reset it or told me how to. I ended up going to Youtube to figure it out. I felt that the guys doing the oil change were good, but the service could have been better. Price (value) and convenience are my driving factors for choice in service. Still, attention to detail is important.
