Great customer service, but there was a utility truck in front and they were waiting for authorization to work on it. All other lanes were open and they didn't move me over..cars showed up a little later and they were serviced before me. It would have been nice if they explained they were waiting for authorization or moved to another lane.

Noticed my front left light was out and asked to be replaced. After three different employees tried to fix it, they told me that three different bulbs were used and weren’t working and that my car had a wiring issue and it needed to be taken into the dealer. Turns out the wiring is fine and that none of your employees had any idea had to replace the light bulb and also broke the piece that connects the light bulb when they were trying to put it in. I ended up changing the light bulb myself and it’s working fine. Begs the question, how many mechanics does it take to screw in a light bulb. Answer: a stay at home mom with access to youtube
