I was told that my washer fluid cap was missing, but Valvoline was the last place I took my vehicle for service, they forgot to put the proper tire pressure, and never checked my air filter. I understand it gets busy, but that was too many mistakes for a service that cost me over $150, in my opinion.

Every one of the three team members working on the car were extremely knowledgable and helpful regarding the replacement of filter, rotating tires and getting new windshield blades. They advised me of a problem with my washer fluid container was well and they noticed that I had clearly some rodents who were trying to make a nest on the engine and gave suggestions as well. It was a wonderful experience as I stayed in the car and it was so fast! Again, you have hired some top people at this store and I cannot thank you enough for providing such an important service.
