All the staff is super friendly and professional and everything was explained well to me. I appreciated that I was cautioned about a couple of things the staff noticed about my vehicle and recommended having a mechanic look at it. They were on the underside of the car so wouldn't be noticed. Also, I know that businesses like this often upsell but it wasn't high pressure so I appreciated that as well.

I wanted to have the tires rotated on my daughter's Tacoma however apparently the wheels have locks so they were not able to complete the service. I had the tires rotated on this vehicle during my last visit to this shop and they were able to do it without the key. The person helping me said that the wheel lock is a common universal item that I can buy at any auto parts store. I would suggest all locations have an assortment of common keys on hand so you don't lose sales for such a common tool. Also a valve stem cap was missing on one of the tires after my service. A minor thing but for a few pennies I would suggest that it be common practice to replace all missing valve stem caps at the end of every service. I think it would be appreciated by your customers.
