This time theOnly issue was when oil was being poured back into the engine, tech overfilled thePour container and spilled oil into the engine bay. This later left drips on my garage floorWhich eventually stopped. At first thought it might be plug leak…?Called facility and manager more than helpful with situation.I’ve wrenched many cars and know things can happen. All good at this time. Dw

Staff was told that I didn't want them to check the air filter box under the hood. The main reason for this is that the screws that hold the lid on are 17 years old and brittle. The person I told this to, 5 minutes later, tried to take the lid off and of course broke one of the screws. Now I will have to take the time to extract the screw and put in a new one. The manager did offer me a discount because of this which was welcome, but it would have been better if the staff person just listened to my request.
