They spilled oil all over under my hood and didn't inform me. I was driving home and white smoke started pouring out from under the hood. I also told them multiple times that my tire pressure was low. They rotated my tires and said they put air in my tires, but when I drove off my tire pressure light was still on even after driving around. I checked my tires and they never put air in them. It was still the same tire pressure as when I took my car to them.

Got an oil change and a radiator flush. The employees were very helpful, friendly and efficient. I would have paid a lot more had I gone to the Lexus dealer. I highly recommend Valvoline!
