1.0 out of 5.0
The service was very good, but the price was far too high—over $200 for a full synthetic oil change. I’ve always valued the convenience and time savings of a drive-through service, but I’m reconsidering the value. Five quarts of the same oil cost $35.97 on Amazon, and a filter is about $15. I understand paying for labor and convenience, but that price difference is hard to justify. My lower rating reflects the cost, not the quality of service.

quick (in and out <20min), convenient, polite staff, explained everything they were doing, did a nice check out of lights signals and other fluids, actually reminded me I needed window washer fluid.
