When conducting the oil change the staff neglected to screw or clip the pan thus was dragging while driving. In addition while the supposedly had done the vehicle inspection the staff neglected to tell me my headlights were out. Luckily I found out from a neighbor and not the police. This is literally my 2nd incident with your company and while they did end up repairing my dragged pan thingie that is unacceptable. Sure the customer service is awesome but awesome customer service is much less important than my safety.

This is the third time this Valvoline had made errors but still came back. They have lost a cap but replaced. They forgot to returned by tire locks but got it back. This time they didnu2019t put the cover correctly and had to returned for them to fix it. Wasted over another hour waiting for another error they did. I was scrapping it the whole day. Iu2019m afraid what error they will do if I visit again. Disappointed.

Overall, very good, but when I stopped my car nobody did an eye contact so I would know I was in the right place and that they saw me. Of course, I noticed they were busy, but no one looked at me and said something. It was only when I got off my car in directions to the room nearby, that someone asked me if I need help... of course I needed help if I was there waiting for someone to greet.I used to be a waitress in a very busy restaurant, and I know that costumers understand very well when you make an eye contact letting them know that you saw them and that you will be there soon.I was about to leave the place by the way.
