I especially want to recognize team member David for taking care of me today. It was my first time and he expertly walked me through the process, showing me recommended services for my car. He graciously accepted my declines for service (I was simply in for an OC), and I came away feeling I got more value than just the OC, which was awareness that my taillight was out and coolant level was low - which I can do myself; along with larger work for which I'll need to save for and take in my vehicle later. David is energetic, bright, confident, a good listener, and someone whom I recommend for leadership - I got this sense simply from the short while he took care of my car. My compliments to the store manager and team of Torrance Valvoline!
