I visited this Tulare location for a quick oil change while in town from Los Angeles, and it ended up being a terrible experience. Although the service was fast, the quality was awful—all the oil leaked out during my drive home, leaving a mess on my driveway and leaving my car undrivable.
When I called for help, no one could offer a prompt solution, and I was told I couldn’t get a refund until an inspection was done, which made me feel doubted as a customer. I had to call multiple times just to get basic information. The store manager Augustine showed poor customer service and made the situation even more stressful.
To make things worse, the only refund I received was for the oil change, not the air filter or the damage their mistake caused. This entire ordeal has been stressful, inconvenient, and costly—I’m now selling my vehicle because of the damage. I would not recommend this location.

For the 1st time in nearly a year of bringing my vehicles in, I did not have to ask repeatedly to have my taillights and radiator fluids checked. Elizabeth was my tech and did an outstanding job. She explained a maintenance area that had not been offered to me on either of my vehicles and I had it done, but she was not pushy either. 2 of my friends and I have noticed that the gentlemen working there sometimes just rush through the service when the customer is an older female. This time I am 100% pleased.
