Have been a loyal customer for many years. This visit was a disaster for an early oil change (37% life left) and have a blinker light changed. The service was quick and the Manager stopped by my door and pleasantly told me he had reviewed the work to assure me of its completion and thanks for coming. Upon leaving the under plate scraped because they forgot to put it back on. I circled and remparked in the bay while they reattached. I wished them a Happy Holiday and left. Came to the corner and my blinker light that I asked to be replaced still wasn't working. Made a uturn and returned. They made a few excuses about my electrical system probably was messed up. I parked back in the bay now a third time. They had changed the wrong light and of course the Manager was no where to be seen after his stage appearance the first time. I'm glad I maintained my composure and not let this unprofessional service ruin my day. They all appeared embarrassed as they should have been as I finally made my departure.
