I just purchased a used car with 79k miles on it and wanted the oil changed. I did about $400 worth of services based on your representatives $1000+ of recommendations. When I got home, my car started leaking oil (a lot - i.e. 1/8th quart) all over my (clean new concrete driveway). When I went back to have things checked, I received an apology and was told unfortunately when the tech removed the oil filter, it poured oil into the frame because the oil filter is in an awkward place. Your representative was very nice and said they would clean and blow dry the area. It appears they did cleaning but it was not enough. When I came home it had more spills onto the driveway. Now two days later, it's no longer dripping. I expect "expertise" and did not receive it.

The staff always do a very quick and efficient job. I'm in an out in a very respectable time and I'm very happy with the results.
