The biggest problem is that the vehicle was left completely filthy on the top of the fenders with oil smudges all over my fenders and hood. Additionally the person performing the oil change left a huge amount oil over my skid plate which then leaked and stained my concrete driveway overnight. Also they used a torque wrench to tighten my skid plate oil access hole and stripped the bolt heads of my skid plate.

My car is leaking a significant amount of oil. This is the third time Iu2019ve had this happen after an oil change here and clearly should have learned my lesson. The issue is thereu2019s a weekend promo so the line has been so long to go back and have someone look at it. Iu2019m frustrated and shouldnu2019t have to go back after each oil change.

The main issue I have with this visit was the wait. I had to wait for an hour in line to get the Oil Change and still pay $71 (with a coupon) for that service. I could go somewhere cheaper and have just as long of a wait. The reason we pay the prices is to have a fast oil change and it was definitely not that. Other than that the service and employees were good.

Pulled in for oil change and was greeted immediately by Hamilton who asked how he could help and asked if he could open door to a a the door for information. He was clear throughout explaining what they were doing and what was suggested for additional service (battery tested low) and why these things were recommended. Never felt pressure to do anything extra but he was clear about why it was a good idea.
