Wait time to get in to the bay was longer than expected. I had to ask about whether the fluids were topped off - which they were not, but was told they did not need to be. I found that hard to believe particularly as something simple as washer fluid. I felt like they were taking too long on my car and waned to get me out because of the car waiting behind me. Unusual experience. Also was disappointed that my 15% coupon would be accepted because it had just expired - even though I go to Valvoline every three months. Customer patronage should be recognized.

Waited 1.5 hours while several other card who came after me (but placed in other lanes). The problem was that the car at the front of my lane required extra service but it was a company-owned car and the driver had to get approval. Rather than moving that car to the side was approval was pending, the staff simply kept that car on the service lane this delaying everyone behind that car. A number of customers were upset and nothing was done about the situation until we got together and told the staff that they were risking losing us as customers.

A tire rotation was recommended - tires were one week old with manufacturing nubs still showing. Tire pressure adjustment was not acceptable - stated pressure of 35 psi was set to 36, 37, 38 and 39 psi across tires - had to manually fix at home. Then, found they lost a special valve cap. Drove back to shop. Mgr said to go to Autozone, get a new set of caps, and they would reimburse my expense. Took another 20-30 minutes of my time to do that. Usually good service at that shop - this time experience was not acceptable.
