Staff greeted me and guided me to where I needed to be. It was very busy that day but all of them were very upbeat, smiling and even joking with each other. While I was waiting in queue a staff member did all of the light checks and preemptive checks like my air filters etc. He also checked my vehicle history in their system and brought up a couple of recommended services that were also due besides an oil change, none of which I was pressured to do (i.e. radiator service, tire rotation). I explained I recently got new tires so the tire rotation was not needed but I did opt for the radiator service. During the actual oil change once I was next, the staff explained and verified the services that will be performed and the price. Everyone was happy and the entire experience was great. After about barely 30 minutes fromstart to finish (waiting in queue included) they showed me the new oil levels, checked everything again, gave me a new sticker for the next due mileage/date, guided me off the bay, and waved me off with a smile and a have a wonderful day.Overall a superb experience.
