Here’s the deal: I left home with my elderly mom’s car to get her oil change at jiffy lube. Their power was out. So I went down the street to Valvoline for the first time. That visit made me a new customer- along with our family cars. The manager made a point of telling me he was aware that I had been there first (when the other bay opened up earlier than mine) and he, along with the service providers were excellent communicators and showed quality workmanship. I have never been more impressed with a “quick oil change” company.

I loved that I don’t have to get out of the car for an oil change. In addition there were other services that I needed but I was only informed. I was surprised that I wasn’t being pushed to get them all done that day. I let Greg know I would like to get one of the services needed and he recommended the rear differential fluid replacement. Greg was amazing at explaining how that would this service would improve the feel of when I’m driving my truck. I noticed the difference right away. My truck felt smoother while I drive and I’m glad Greg recommended the rear differential instead of the power steering service. I’m definitely going back to get the power steering and other services done. Greg is very knowledgeable. I’m recommending all my friends and family to go to valvoline. I used to go be a loyal customer at pep boys but I prefer Valvoline from now on.
