None of the staff says please and thank you. They "order" you to turn on and off your engine. They are in a rush. One guy actually asked me what the price of my car was. really? One staffer who got my engine light off was VERY polite and pleasant. The rest were very abrupt and matter of fact. What happened to manners? I might need to find a different place for service since I felt kind of creepy when I left.
