I truly appreciated the quick oil change without leaving my car. I usually service my car at the dealership but I put it off because it requires me to leave my car for an entire day and makes it very inconvenient and frustrating despite the rental. It’s a hassle I felt so much relief with simply swinging by your shop. The staff was very thorough and gave me information on required maintenance without me feeling obligated to say yes to anything. It felt more like they wanted me to be informed and rather than feel like I’m doing something wrong. The price for service was 90% better than what I usually pay so it is more encouraging for me to go get my services done with Valvoline. I also made a phone call the day before to ask general questions and I even received a discount coupon without asking. The staff was very friendly and approachable. They answered all my questions and were very speedy with their work. I really enjoyed seeing the teamwork. It made me feel like I was bringing my race car to the pit stop which was kind of fun. Thanks for a great experience. I will be returning soon for the recommendations of car service I received.
