The cost of my oil change for 2012 Volvo S60 was $160. The cost of 6 quarts of Euro synthetic oil plus the filter can't be more than $50. With that said, the cost of service is $100 for my oil change. For 15 minutes of work, it's way way overpriced. I will look for a less expensive oil change or do it myself going forward. There has to be a better discount for a returning customer or lower price all together. It's upsetting to feel like I was ripped off!

I always come to this store and I came to see new faces. 3 people assisted me and all 3 people told me something different 1 told me it was to early to get an oil change the other told me I have low oil then one suggested a top off so I got it topped. I asked for a sticker they refused to give me a new sticker or atleast when to come back for an oil change. I've always experienced great service at this location but not sure what happened to the old crew but this new crew made me feel unwelcome and not very helpful. Only way I'll come back if I see familiar faces that has helped me in the past before this terrible experience.

I am a regular customer of Valvoline but usually visit a different location. I get my oil changed and tires rotated.This trip, I requested my tires to be rotated and was told my tires were fine and it wasn't needed. Confusing. I let the guy know I always do it with my oil change. He again said my tires look fine and he isn't going to have me pay for something unnecessary. I explained to him that you should have your tires rotated every 5,000-8,000 miles. He said my tires were in great shape. I let him know that is because I rotate them regularly. I finally got over the back and fourth and said it's fine I'll go elsewhere for it. He came back after walking away asking if I wanted to do it, so we did.A - Why would I wait until my tires were worn incorrectly to rotate? B - Why not just do it after the 5 minute back and fourth? C - Why wouldn't you do it solely for your company to collect money?Such an odd interaction and I will not be returning.
