There were 5/6 uniformed attendants but only a couple actually working. The others were standing around socializing. I was not greeted while waiting (15-20 minutes) to enter the bay. My lights were not checked. The oil and filter change took roughly 25 minutes. The fellow working on my car didn't know where the dipstick was, dripped oil on the engine and car, and was using gloves and rags that were saturated with oil. Consequently, there was oil all around the engine compartment and on the hood. I'm pretty sure the oil filter was over tightened because I watched the fellow apply a good deal of muscle while tightening it. This all left me with a very uneasy feeling...
