The service was incredibly fast and technicians were really informative of what my car needed. He even gave me a print now I appreciate the extra mile my technician Ernesto did. Definitely be returning for those services and now I have a clear picture of how many miles they are due at.

The 30% discount advertised for Veterans Day was not fully honored. The automated calculator they use is not set correctly, I was shorted $5.00 . This is how they treat our Veterans? Not very patriotic.

I went in here to get an oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter change. While performing the service they had informed me that front undercover was torn. Ok no problem and most likely happened from driving. They take it off and show me and ask if I wanted it out back on: I told them it’s ok to leave it off. Anyways I leave thinking everything is fine and get onto the freeway to head home.As soon I get over 30 mph I hear a metal screeching. I pull off to the side of the freeway onto the right shoulder which is extremely dangerous to see what the issue is. I see it’s my metal skid plate hanging loose on the front and that is what is dragging. I turn my hazards on and drive back to the shop at 25mph because going any faster will further damage my car. I return to the shop and demand to speak with a manger. I tell about 3 different workers the situation and have to ask three separate times to speak with a manager before I finally get to speak with one. I have to wait for 30 minutes before my car gets seen and they rebolt the skid plate up again. I tell the manager that this is unacceptable and could’ve caused an accident and what are they going to do to remedy the situation since I have wasted about am hour in total because of a mistake one of their technicians made. I was offered nothing besides we will bolt back your skid plate. Finally after more complaining I am offered a 50% off coupon. Are you kidding me. You put my life in danger. You cause damage to my car and you waste an hour of my time and the best you got a is 50% off coupon. What a joke and complete incompetence. They are lucky I am not suing them. Hopefully this review will disuade you from using their service at least at this location because I have never had any issues at other locations. I hope this review gets the attention of corporate because this is not an acceptable way to run a business and putting your customers in danger.
