I have serviced mulltiple cars at the Covina, CA location since 2012. From oil changes, cabin air filters, winshield wipers, tire rotations at a fraction of the cost of getting the same service at a dealer. I always leave with a smile. The Technicians are thorough, friendly and timely! Never pushy!

The team is always polite, attentive, and greets you warmly. Work is fast, thorough, and efficient. I always feel like my car is safe and taken care of with Valvoline technicians. While I was last there, my car’s security was activated which causes it to lock up and not start. I didn’t know how to get it to start again.There a line behind me so I felt panicked. One of the mechanics knew how to reset the system, and got me back on the road. He taught me how to do it so now if it ever happens again, I know what to do. My experiences with Valvoline have always been great. I don’t even need to think about going anywhere else for any service they offer.

The crew members took longer than expected to complete my transmission and oil change. I was told 10 minutes but was stuck there for an hour. The member working on my car seemed inexperienced and did not look like he knew what he was doing while working on my car. I have had longer than usual wait times every time I’ve come to this location.
