I’ve always taken my car here to get serviced. I’d do the whole thing, maintenance, tire rotation, & more. They recommended I’d get my transmission fluid done and I trusted them. My car ran fine NO ISSUES whatsoever. After getting that done on a Sunday I hit the first red light and my car started jolting. I took it back the next day and they redid the service. Car is still jolting, went back on that Tuesday and they had me see a mechanic nearby who claimed to have driven the car around and didn’t feel anything. I went back that same day and had one of the workers drive the car around. It was jolting. They sent me to a mechanic in downtown Los Angeles (a little over an hour away). I took it on that Tuesday afternoon, keep in mind I have two small children, we left to the mechanics at around 2:30ish and didn’t get sent home in a rental till about 6. Kept the rental til that Friday when they said the car was done. They claimed to have fixed the issue and now I’m on day 11 since I first got the service done and my car is still jolting and now smelling like oil through the vents. Again I have two small children and that is all we smell in my car. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN THIS CAR. But as a single mom who is still paying for this car I have no choice. I’m frustrated and do not know what to do at this point. I’m tired of getting a run around and tired of my car feeling this way.
