I have been coming to valvoline for many years on all my vehicles. I come because itu2019s quick, I donu2019t have to leave my car and most every time there is a coupon for use. This last time unfortunately it took so long about 1.5 hours to finished. I believe the services were all done in about 30 minutes which was fine because I added transmission flush to the oil change. But one worker spilled oil under the engine and it began to smoke significantly. They clearly tried to wash it with spray and water so I thought as long as it stops smoking Iu2019m fine because I realize splatter occurs sometimes. But after cleaning it 3 or 4 times from the top and the bottom, it still was smoking and they told me it was steam but Iu2019m not dumb o can tell the difference between steam and smoke and the smell was strong and obvious. I had plannned on coming back with my other car as it was Labor Day special but the extra time meant I couldnu2019t do that after all given my schedule. I talked to a manager and he came out and sought to remedy. He apologized and sought to help. Iu2019ll keep coming in just not sure if this was a normal thing or not so I wrote about it.

I've been coming to particular dealer for many years every 5k miles. Every time there is a new staff and most of the time I'm very satisfied with the service. This time not so much. Sarah was not pleasant, she continued to talk to the computer and not me.After I parked my truck in my garage there was a puddle of oil that dripped off my engine that I had to clean up along with oil spots on my driveway.
