What a wonderful experience. I received the best service from Ruben, Victor and John. They were kind and not pushy. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes and received service with a smile. I will definitely be back and refer others as well. Btw they were cheaper than the other place I was gonna go to and they also provided a fifteen percent off coupon!

Unfortunately a slow experience for my Valvoline days. Price was about as expensive as a dealer. Didn’t have that valvoline customer service I find at other locations. It was pretty slow and cars were waiting for an oil change. I noticed not many employees there. Usually at other Valvolines I get an entire pit crew working fast like I’m on the track. I don’t feel they cared enough here. As for Pricing, it is as much as my last dealer visit honestly somewhere around 70 ish I think. They do have 1 coupon but no more promos as far as I can tell. Even competitors offer 34.99 synthetic service. Now this place does “check” everything but it feels more like a quick walk around glance. At this price the dealer will actually run a multi point inspection. Now the last part was customer service. Unfortunately communication was not great and almost rude in my opinion. I’m used to my local valvoline lead tech guiding me through there process and recommendations. I would say this is the spot if you are in need of a 15 minute quick oil change but my time was longer.
