I will not go there ever! My dad who is 88 yrs old was taken advantage of and they damaged something in his vehicle! They improperly replaced the oil filter and it caused a sensor to go off! We took it back and they denied doing anything wrong! They told us to take it to a mechanic! Which ultimately found their mistake! We have tried with no avail to get compensation! We have receipts and they also took copies but have yet to contact us!

I have been bringing my vehicles to this particular location for a little over a year always receiving great service with a smile. This morning, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. In the notes for my vehicle, it states my oil filter location has been moved. I always make it a point to explain this to the lube techs upon arrival and provide my own oil filter. Today John wanted to argue about the placement of my oil filter, even after getting out of my vehicle and pointing it out to him. I can say the tones in his voice and body language came off as disrespectful, as a know it all. I asked for a manager, and in a snarky tone I was told that she wasn't on site. Jenna, another lube tech also, extremely disrespectful, her mocking behavior and tones of her voice when I left. I will say not a veteran friendly location, and I will say I will never bring any of my vehicles to this location.
