This review has been a long time coming. The original date of incident happened in October of 2025 and that fact that it is almost February of 2026 speaks volumes about the care of service this company shows their customers. I was trying to give the business the benefit of the doubt due to a busy holiday season but almost three months of going radio silent on financial resolution is pretty unbelievable. Not only was I told I would get a refund for the original service but also for the money I spent on rentals cars, while the transmission that they admitted fault to breaking was replaced. Sadly the car still doesn’t run the same and i was out $800 with no reimbursement insight. I implore anyone looking to use this shop’s services to look around at other shops first and use this company as a last resort.
