The service ppl were thoughtful, explained everything and very safe while the car was on the rack. They take their time doing inspections and having their worked double checked. I was offered a 10% discount on a cabin filer which I appreciate. I've been going here for years.

The past few years, Ive started going to Valvoline for all services they offer VS. dealership. In the past I have gone to Ford dealership where Ive waited hours to get my car back for a simple oil change, not to mention the extraordinary cost.
Valvoline changed my oil, transmission fluid, cabin air filter, and regulated air pressure of my tires. Oh, AND checked all lights of the vehicle to send me off safely! All the services, including.my payment was done while I sat comfortably in my car.
I was in and out in approx 30 minutes. Service members where kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you Valvoline. I am a customer for life!
