The team members were fine, the service I received was good however on the website for this location they advertise they rotate tires; however when I asked the staff about rotating my tires they advised they did not do that service. Very disappointed in that.

I have been going to this same location for over 15-20 years. The last couple of visits have been the worse. I actually went somewhere else and decided to give them another try, not a good idea! After my visit they made me feel so bad, like my car was going to explode or stop running if I didn't do all their extra services. Joel, who was under the hood kept shaking his head like he couldn't believe the state of my car and mumbling to himself. At one point I asked what he was saying. They told me my battery was no good and I just bought it within the last 3 months. I hate to go anywhere else, but I guess I am forced to make the change. Very sad to leaving a place that feels like home.
