I have been going to this same location for over 15-20 years. The last couple of visits have been the worse. I actually went somewhere else and decided to give them another try, not a good idea! After my visit they made me feel so bad, like my car was going to explode or stop running if I didn't do all their extra services. Joel, who was under the hood kept shaking his head like he couldn't believe the state of my car and mumbling to himself. At one point I asked what he was saying. They told me my battery was no good and I just bought it within the last 3 months. I hate to go anywhere else, but I guess I am forced to make the change. Very sad to leaving a place that feels like home.

Overall is was a great experience and the staff took care of my auto needs. The only thing that could have been better was if you had my 2012 Camry oil filter in stock. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to a Valvoline (not the same location) and it not be in stock.
