Everything was explained to me while they were working on my car. They weren't trying to sell me an air filter when I didn't need it. Extremely friendly during the service.

They have good service but what I don't like is that I can buy something off of Groupon and I cannot use it unless it's only at that station and not just with the company
Valvoline Instant Oil Change
Hi Jeramey, thanks for sharing. We're sorry to hear about any miscommunication regarding Groupon purchases, and we'd like to clear this up. Upon purchasing a Groupon, on the right there is a section that says "where to redeem," and there is a listing of the locations where the Groupon is accepted. If you have any questions, please feel free to email your VIN to CCsocial@valvoline.com, and we'll be happy to help.
