I have been using Valvoline to change the oil on my wife’s car because it is close and convenient. This visit they did not have the oil filter for my car and are always questioning what oil goes in the vehicle. The Kia oil fill cap clearly states the vehicle takes 0W-30. I had to go buy my own filter and then was not discounted for the service. This was not made clear. Hope my next visit goes better than this one.
