The manager currently on site was Tanner and he handled our situation very professionally very patiently and nicely. There was a mixup with Enterprise fleet versus rental and he patiently made the several phone calls he needed to make and dealt with everything very professionally and made sure we, as the customers were taken care of and he was kind and very polite. We really appreciate the work and the time he took to take care of us and get us back out on the road when we know it was inconvenient for the mixup to happen.

We were sent here on our vacation from Enterprise to have our rented truck get an oil change. Our Enterprise representative didn’t realize there were 2 different entities of Enterprise fleets so this truck was not in the fleet system for this Valvoline. Tanner patiently worked with Enterprise and got it straightened out and there were no problems for us and we were sent on our way.
