Your techs need to learn area codes for this area that way they are not repeatedly asking if the numbers are correct when they in fact are. Second when someone says they deal with a suggested service item there self and just want a oil change that is not cue to try and upsell 10 additional items when the customer repeatedly stated only an oil change.

Martin was super friendly when I pulled up, they had a special event going on and he was handing out food and drinks. He sat and had a conversation with me and was extremely personable, you could tell the guy has a lot of experience. Mia the SCM was the one that checked me out. She was very thorough and knowledgeable, and in my experience is ALWAYS a joy to interact with. Im not kidding when I say I absolutely love that woman. This location is a 10/10 and I CANNOT stress enough how refreshing it is to have such a friendly, efficient, and affordable car maintenance facility here in the valley. I dont know what Mia and her team are doing, but damn they do it right. I recommend this place to everyone.
