MY TRUCK IS PURRING LIKE A KITTEN! THX GUYS! From my greeting from Randal, to the employees waving goodbye it was a 10/10! I came in for an oil change. I was not surprised to find out that my truck was due For a service, I explained to Tanner that I was on a budget And asked, what were the most important things? So he gave me a few suggestions. They did not try to oversell me with add on's either! I picked rear diff and it ended up having a leak. Within minutes Mia the manager was at my window explaining why they Shouldn't pull it apart. I thanked her over n over for not ripping me off & being honest with me. We decided to do the transfer case and GOOD THING! It was filthy. Each employee took time to explain each charge, each service, why it was important and referred me to a local diesel service for my rear diff leak. I will Always return to Fruita Valvoline, They are honest mechanics with gut instinct who won't rip you off EVEN IF YOU'RE A WOMAN! Pro tip be kind, be patient these people are hard workers, thx for the discount Tanner it helped make it much more affordable. Don't forget to do an online review,I got a 20% off coupon! Thx again! I have been changing my oil routinely for many years. I just recently moved to Fruita and used Valvoline for the first time. What a wonderful experience. The staff is knowledgeable and very professional. Both Mia and Cooper were great to work with. I would recommend them to any female out there looking for a place to have her car's oil changed.
