From the beginning of the service it was apparent that the representative did not know how to do his job , he asked for help. He stalled during the service he said my battery was bad when it clearly was new and nothing was wrong The oil change took 40 minutes from the time it started after waiting 30 minutes to get in the bay It was 95 degrees outside and the car was unbearable after about 15 minutes The representative could not reset my service light Iu2019ve been coming to Valvoline for several years with multiple vehicles and I will hesitate to come back and will not recommend you ever again

Normally my service is great. However, this time I brought a truck and they forgot to bolt the skid plate back on. A neighboring business noticed it was dragging underneath. Then I had to return later because oil was dripping. They forgot to clean the oil off of something and the person said itu2019s only on Fords and they had forgotten.
