Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful. They greeted me promptly and treated me with respect. They offered me some good services, though I had to turn them down this time. I will have to go back soon to get the offered air filters swapped out.

I got my oil changed and when I got home I realized the oil was leaking, so I went back and I got the plug replaced so I got home and the oil was leaking again 🫢 I called Valvoline office and explain the problem, I couldn’t go back again cause I live 45 mins away and the oil was leaking!!! Doug Steele the area manager give me a call back and I explain the situation and he figured out to get to my house the next day at 5:40 am they got here and fix the problem! I really appreciate that they drove 45 mins to get that fixed. I haven’t see any more oil leaking again but I will keep an eye! Thank you so much for taking care of the leak professionally.
