The techs can't do simple math. My truck takes 10 quarts of oil, I came in with 4 gallons, there is 4 quarts in a gallon which means I had 16 quarts. I should have had 1.5 gallons of oil left. I asked them to put all the oil back in my truck when finished which they did. Before I left they said they over filled it a little bit I said that's fine. When I got home I noticed that I only had half a gallon remaining out of the 4. When I called the manager he argued with me that they put in the correct amount. I asked if you did then where is my gallon of oil....he didn't have a good answer.
VERY FRUSTRATED, oil is expensive and they not only can't figure out how much to put in but keeps a gallon of my oil. Probably won't go back!
